Default Quick Newbe Question ???

I'm putting together a LS1 55 Chevy mainly being built for Street/ autocross use I've had old Iron block on all my projects. I'm currently trying to fit the headers should I be using any special lube because of the Aluminum Heads??
Thank any Hint will be much appreciated
Steve

Never heard of using lube on headers. Just use some GM multi - layer steel gaskets and put a little Hi temp anti-seize on the bolts.

Welcome BTW, nice project too.

Yes just on the bolt threads. I use this copper based anti-seize from Loctite. My local auto parts store carries it, this is just from google...
