Cam swap ? on what I might want to change I'm looking to put in a Comp "muthr thumpr" cam in my Camaro.
My 98 Camaro has the 6 speed, 3" magnaflow exhaust, SLP longtube headers, stock heads.
What I'm wondering is what else would I need that isn't included in this kit besides different gears, an intake manifold, and of course a different throttle body.

54-600-11 CAMSHAFT
850-16 OE STYLE HYDRAULIC ROLLER LIFTERS
7106 Timing Chain Set
26918-16 Valve Springs
774-16 Retainers
623-16 Valve Locks

I would not get the mother thumpr cam for an ls engine at all. If you want sound we can design youa cam with sound and ALOT better ppower etc. Looks like you want the entire setup from comp, which we can do. Email/pm/or call and we can get you setup.
