Question Need assistance with direction on next vehicle

Let me start off by saying I know there is a lot of information on this forum and that I could spend days finding out all this on my own but I will not find this unique application info without asking for the help. I'm simply interested in finding out what will be needed on my next build.

That being said....
My last vehicle was a 2000 Z28 and it was mostly stock performance wise, it had a Borla adjustable catback, SLP lid, Egr removed, air pump removed, and EFI live custom tune.

Most of the mods were beneath the car, suspension, brakes, etc.

This is the mod list I had together for the car and I am wondering what from this list will be necessary for what I plan on doing to the next car.

-short throw shifter

-Borla stainless exhaust

-2in eibach springs

-Koni adjustable shocks and struts

-BMR adjustable torque arm

-UMI adjustable panhard bar

-boxed lower control arms

-sub frame connectors

-BMR trans crossmember

-drilled and slotted rotors

-factory corvette rims with new tires

-4.10 motive gears

-Thunder girdle

- Custom driveshaft

-pioneer cd player with polk audio speakers all the way around

-K and N filter

-EFI live custom tune

I am moving to the Washington/Seattle area and I'm interested in something else of this type so let me know if you have anything worth looking into.
The car I am interested in now 35th anniversary Z28 with 28k.

The car has an SLP loud mouth and ss hood.

My question is about direction. My goal is to own a 10 second car but have it be a reliable 10 second car and I have a feeling that is doable seeing as my buddy went 11.5 on an ls6 cam, intake, headers and ford 9 inch.

Starting with the air lid, MAF, and TB

I'm between an slp lid with the chrs1313 ram air system (keeping AC) and a ported and polished stock throttle body
OR
I buy the fast toys 104mm lid and MAF, chrs1313 ram air, and a bigger throttle body such as the Nick Williams 92 OR 102

Next to come is the intake manifold. I would be mostly interested in either an LS6 intake or the fast 92 as i've heard the 102 yields some tuning problems and is better in a boost application

I have my mind set on TSP headers and offroad y pipe.

Next option is ms3 or ms4 cam
what valve springs? I can also get a good deal on l92 heads and am wondering if it is worth porting those (400 for heads)

Now I don't know much about cams so this is where i will need the most help
which one will better suite my needs.
This car won't be a daily driver as I get a ride to work with a relative, but I will sometimes need to take it to work. So street drivability is desireable as I do not want this car to be irritating to drive.

Injector choice comes next, ls7 injectors my best choice?

And i know with all these mods and after a dyno tune, my rear end will be glass so I will plan on a 9 inch with 4.10s

clutch choice?

I'll be going to street nights at the drags with the car for fun but this car should be desirable on the road

I will also put a new torque arm in as well because those are another weak point.

I am wondering if the fast toys lid will be worth the extra money along with the better throttle body?

I will be doing these mods a little separated and the cam will not be installed until the rear end, clutch and better tranny components are in.

This is a lot to ask but I figured I'd talk to some people who share the same interests. But I first plan on getting the RIGHT intake and headers squared away before i buy my 9 inch. Don't want to backtrack at all and have to buy another lid later on.
thank you!!
