Default Alright, now what do I do next...

Mods in sig. Been doing a lot if misc work like electronics, lighting, sound deadening, beefing up drivetrain...etc but now I think it's time to finally focus on putting more ponies to the ground. Goal is to get as close to 500whp as possible without "cheating" (FI, bottle) and still having relatively good street manners. I've heard about maximum effort 346's making close to 500 at the wheels but don't know how polite they are on the street. Is more cubes the only answer here?

More cubes will definitely make 500 rwhp more streetable, but then again it depends on what you define as "streetable".

From what I have read it's going to be tough with the 347.

Easier than it sounds. Emblempros makes great emblems. Just have them make you up a badge with whatever number you want. Done.

I agree with the guy above me.

Or start with a LS2 longblock so you can run some big gnarly rectangle port heads for a possibly lower cost solution.

Step 1. Call Hubbard Racing Inc. (HRI).

Step 2. Buy what he tells you.

Getting to 500 isn't easy or cheap, but you can reach upper 400 pretty easily. HRI is building a 500 rwhp car now and they got me to 470 rwhp.
