I have 2000 camaro ss that I just put a new procharger in and only get 1 to 2 lbs of boost. I also put in longtube headers 80 mm bbk throttle body 340 lph in tank fuel pump 38 psi injectors that came with kit. I also have taken out egr valve air pump and cats. Car runs like poo. Waiting for new pcm tuned for my specs but car should still run descent and have bigger boost gains then I'm seeing now.

Also check all the piping and clamps. If just 1 clamp is not all the way on the tubing or coupler, the boost will leak out of the weakest spot. As it has already been said, need a little more info on your setup.

Ya when I get to the shop I will take pictures and tighten belt and check all clamps what other info is needed for help. Procharger company has been no help in solving my tunning problems. Their kit came with diablo i1000 and the tune they sent will barley start my car they blame it on longtube headers and say that their tune won't work with headers and that for the ls1 it changes a lot more than other motors

You need to find a good tuner with HP tuner to either tune the car on a dyno or on the street. Also if the belt has been slipping just swap in a new one and tighten it up.

What kit did you buy ? Is this a manual tensioner or a spring loaded system ?

Also are driving this when you see 1-2 #'s of boost ? Or just revving the engine in neutral ?
