Lots of great threads on here about replacing window motors, regulators, switches, etc. Start reading. It's a free education.

This is a pretty simple fix with a new window motor. Check out the threads in the general maintenance section and you'll find a few write-ups.

I'm not very technically inclined but followed the instructions and it was an easy fix.

One additional word of advice -- once you get them fixed, don't roll both of your windows up or down at the same time. Do it one at a time and it should help with the longevity of the motors.
