The L96 is a Gen IV with 58x reluctor, can phasing, and completely different DBW system. Too much work and expense to try and make it work on an LQ9.

Like Gary said, it's a 24x engine and the harness you have is for a 58x. So unfortunately you aren't going to be able to utilize that harness.

You can always order a new harness from Speartech Speartech DBW Setup

The good thing with Speartech is that every harness is wired on an actual engine and tested before shipping!

What if i use all the stuff from the l96 on my lq9 like the crank and timing cover to use the 58x reluctor wheel and the 4x cam and make my lq9 to a gen 4
