2006 5.3 Silverado I recently purchased a bone stock 2006 Silverado reg. cab 5.3 2wd 119,000 mileage. The only thing I have done to it is change the oil with royal purple and put a fram oil filter on it. I really want to max out performance in acceleration and get more HP and MPG. I was considering getting a spectre cold air intake in a few days, I was just wondering what would be the best ways of getting faster without spending thousands.
