Normal noise or something else?
I've got a 2001 m6 trans am. It's done this since I got the car. Under 2000 rpm I hear a rattle the literally stops at 2000 is it just noise from lugging at such a low rpm? I have rpm stage 5 transmission and a 418 ls3 so there's lots of mods done. It only makes this noise accelerating under 2000rpm it's not very loud but it bothers me. The noise is not present at idle. I have a pretty heavy duty clutch to. Maybe just a little chatter? My srt4 makes a similar noise if I do the same thing In it. Any ideas?

Not at moment. I don't think it's detonation. It only does it if I try to accelerate at under 2000 it doesn't do it cruising or even under little acceleration to get up to speed just if I give it gas it's not really loud enough to get on camera.

Should I even be worrying about this it's such a low range I only really ever hear it If I'm in traffic and have to drive at very low rpm and bits only there on 1/4 or maybe a little more throttle under 2000rpm it's where's it just stop right at 2000. Goes anyone's car make this noise under 2000rpm throttle?

If it's present in neutral, clutch engaged (pedal up) then could simply be neutral gear rollover noise. Common to the T56. And even more common when you upgrade engine, clutch, and shifters. The most benign examples go away by 2000-2500 rpm. Not sure if NGRN is applicable once in gear (lightly loaded gears). My car has it in neutral...and also in other gears....which could be 2 separate things.
