Default Removing bolts from factory manifolds

So I sold my stock exhaust manifolds for $115 bucks on eBay lol

Anyways I forgot to put in the description that there are still some broken bolts going on the connection where the cats used to hook up. As me being a Good Samaritan, I want to make sure it is exactly how described.

These are the bolts I'm talking about in the pic. I do not have access to a welder either. Any ideas? I've tried heating up with torch and vice grips to no prevail

I am thinking about drilling a hole through the remaining bolts then putting in screw driver or something I can make a T handle out of & remove after heating up. Thoughts?

For just the manifolds or cats too? Has the scrap value of iron lately gone through the roof??

Manifold sold for $115 and cats sold (along with 2 secondary cats from my old BMW) for $160

Headers and O/R y pipe were $450 so I made out pretty good

Can you clap down the bolt in a vise ? If so heat it up and turn the manifold. It's how I got mine out.

Aren't they just pressed in? Hit them with some pb blaster, heat, and a solid whack with a good hammer.
