Default Timing chain...How far could it be off?

Curious as to how off the cam gear would be if it was off one tooth from the gear on crank. Could it be off maybe 5 degrees or not due to the chain and gear setup. I don't think I am off just wondering. I spun my motor over few times and it looks good. Looking for a little reassurance!

The cam gear can only go on one way (the small 3rd hole that fits over the piece sticking out of the cam). The dots on the gears should line up when turned over to the right spot. If the dot on the crank gear is straight up and down and the dot on the cam gear is not directly lined up, you should be able to tell.
