Default Please help me indentify my cam specs

Hey guys..
Ive got an ls1 that i bought a while back for my race truck..
Im currently in the process of having an auto built for it..
But to get the convertor right i need to know the cam specs..

On the back of the cam it has.
LS1 3719R/3719R
Hr110
F3724-05

Any help would be awesome..

If you don't get a response, your best bet is to degree the cam itself to set what you have for lift, duration, and overlap. Even if you do get the factory specs, it's still a good idea to degree the cam just in case the prior owner advanced (or retarded the cam) to suit the intended use of the engine.

According to the info in that thread, it appears to be a Comp Cams Extreme RPM series (XE lobes).

Page 3 says the R suffix means it is for a 55mm cam journal.
Page 17 in the above link says a 3719/3719 is a 232/232 .575/.575 @ 1.7" rocker ratio.

It's possible the 'Hr110' means one of the centerlines is 110 but I don't definitively know. While I've never done it personally, I seem to recall reading that you can determine the valve events from degreeing the cam, and from there calculate the ICL, ECL & LSA.
