Default Alternator Question?

My current alternator has started to squeal after the car has reached full op temp.. and it only does it as the revs are coming down and the car is coming to a stop.

This isn't the stock alternator.. the bearings on the stock one crapped out a short time after buying the car..

The current one is a reman alternator and I've only had it for about 5 months, but I lost the damn receipt.. Should I go with another reman or pay $165 to get a new one?

Just don't wanna have to replace the damn alternator AGAIN...

Go with a genuine GM Delco alternator. They've very durable, and have a lifetime warranty if installed at a GM dealership.

Pay the extra now and save the hassle later.
