Will there be a difference in performance... Between two identical 2001 LS1's yet one has the NC1 (California emissions) RPO code while the other does not. Any difference?

Actually, we're "ULEV" vehicles. U = "Ultra". So you could have the LS1 running in a garage while working on it and you'd be fine for quite a long time. And yet... these ULEV vehicles kick some serious ***.
