Default Will there be a difference in performance...

Between two identical 2001 LS1's yet one has the NC1 (California emissions) RPO code while the other does not. Any difference?

no, all the LS1 cars are cali emissions compliant, GM didnt just build special cars for us

all the cars should have it, it just states its an LEV vehicle. nothing more nothing less.

Actually, we're "ULEV" vehicles. U = "Ultra". So you could have the LS1 running in a garage while working on it and you'd be fine for quite a long time. And yet... these ULEV vehicles kick some serious ***.
