I just bought an SS off of a friend of mine and we were trying to guess what times it would run. Here are the mods:

SLP Lid and K&N filter
larger M.A.F
Ported TB
Bypassed TB
10.8mm spark plug wires
Centerforce Stage 2 Clutch
Lingenfelter Performance ECU upgrade
3.25 in. cutouts (piping ran 3.25 from the headers back)
Nitrous Express 50 shot (never had the bottle filled)

When he owned the car, he beat a newer Z06 by a car length from 0-120 so what kinds of quarter mile times would that put the car at? We were guessing 12's but neither of us are sure.

Also, I am looking to buy the Kook's LT headers, but I don't know which exhaust I want to go with. The only one I've seen that I liked had the oval pipes exiting at the center of the rear. I wanted to stay the exhaust was stock on the car, but I'm not sure.

i call on beating a z06 to 120, maybr a c5, not a z06. unless your car has some sleeper cam you dont know about.

as far as exhaust read the two stickies in the external forum.

I agree on the BS call. If he beat a ZO6 to 120, then that SS should be runnin' mid-low 11's in the 1/4. Sorry, but that was a C5, not a ZO6. With those mods though, even without the nitrous, I'd say possibly high 12's once the LT's are installed.

The driver of the Z06 must have sucked. As far as times, probably low 13's. I have the Kooks headers and they are great.

I'm really just going on what he said really. The guy isn't one to really stretch the truth, so the guy may have been a bad driver. He also said that he had a similar run in with another z06 driver who suddenly jumped a car on him and by 100 his front bumper was at the door of the z06. Maybe there's more done that I don't know about.

Anywho, this is the exhaust I have been looking for. Where can I find it?
