Default Atapped, is my car gonna blow up or what is goin on!!

I recently recieved my atap, and after reading some basic values I should be monitoring, and what they should be at, Im shitting in my pants. Im confused as all hell..........
First off my O2 most people say .880-.910 mine run into high .700 like 750 790 780 and into .800 838 851 870 but never around .880. Indicating that Im running lean, also when I checked o2 awhile back they were little sooty which I assumed meant I was running rich?
My Ltrims maybe stay on 0 for a second then usually hang around 2 4 fluctuate up to 7 9 10 at moments, Ive havent seen a negative number yet except on the Strims -3 -4 -6.
Timing is always in the 20s practically, they say WOT should be at 26-28 im getting that just driving around town.
I cant even find a way to get a air fuel ratio 0:0. Knock is 0.
What if anything am I doing wrong? I had my car dyno tuned by speedinc when I had all my mods put on 4/04. I did just get a new battery could that have an affect? It seemed to be the same when I was messin with atap before the new battery. Could me not having a torque convertor make my car harder to tune? Im gettin a vigilante 3200 on saturday. Should I get it dynotuned again or ls1 edited? My car doesnt seem to be running all shitty as atap suggest. Any help, suggestions, or answers would be greatly appreciated! Im lost ????
