Default Conversion tables for torquing things down...

http://www.srtorque.com/torqueconv.html

thought it was interesting....
figured it might come of good use to somebody....
like when doing rockers to 22 foot-pounds.......at which most cheaper(less than $75) torque wrenches are not very accurate at.....(usually +/- 2 )
and converting that to 264 inch-pounds....which most cheaper torque wrenches can do with enough accuracy to get you within +/- 5in/lbs of....which is accurate to .4 of a ft/lb.....
just a way to do things differently...and possible more accurately...

Just multiply or divide by 12 since there are 12" in a 1 ft.

100 ft*lbs (12"/1 ft) = 1200 in*lbs

100 in*lbs (1 ft/12") = 8.33 ft*lbs
