Default LS1 block/tranny/ecu

I have a Z32 shell (That's a 90-96 300ZX) that I'm putting a 98-00 LS1 block in with a T56. It's been done, before anyone asks, lol. The only thing is I don't know the channels to go through to pick up a sturdy, decent mileage Engine/tranny/ecu. On my running Z I got a jspec combo for under $1600 because of the japanese exports, but I don't think it works the same for domestics. I'm gonna keep checking the classifieds, but other than that does anyone have any websites for used motors and such or other methods of acquiring the parts I need? Much appreciated, guys.

If anyone is wondering, the swap from DOHC VG30DE -> LS1 is about 100lbs lighter and makes the engine bay look empty in comparison.
