ls1 into a 99 v-6 HELP! hey does anyone knwo the conversion from v-6 to v-8 on an 99 to put an ls1 in it? How much money will it cost im curious and i KNOW a bunch of you guys have done it here

i haven't done it, but i will be doing it to my 2002 this coming winter...i'm looking at about 10 grand total, but that's with a t56, 12 bolt, cam & LT's. i'm sure you can get all the parts for about 5 grand if you get an auto. check out tacreations, they'll have all the info you need & are great to deal with.

I Have Done It With An Lt1 Car And I Paid About 10 Stacks For The Whole Thing, Install And Engine Make Sure You Get A Good Pcm I Had Got Mine Out Of A Buick Roadmaster And Had It Matched To The Camaro, The Install Is Easy It's Just Electronics That Suck.good Luck
