Default How to post images?

Just wondering how to go about posting and image in a message.

Click post reply and scroll down you should see the attachment box click manage attachment. Click browse and get the pic you want. It is somewhat like sending a attachment threw your e mail. Then click submit reply.

Question

I took some pics of my car and each pic was 300k and it said you can only up load 100k, what do I need to take a 100k picture?

I had the same problem. I think that is only for your profile pic. Not sure thought

You need to host the pic somewere like cardomain so you can post with out that problem.

Just set one up at car domain. Hey 2_wacko how did you set up the link in your signature to go to your link at car domain?

Check out a thread that I made earlier, here. It explains how to resize the pics, which is what you need to do to keep the file size down and attach it.

hydfixer: As for linking images, when you have it posted on cardomain, right click the image you wish to post and go to properties. There it will have a bunch of column, one which says Address: (url). Highlight the URL text. Right click this and select copy. Then you will need to begin a new post here, type whatever, and click on the "insert image" ()button when your cursor is at the location you want the image. Then paste (by right clicking and selecting paste) the URL into the window that pops up. Now when your post is complete the image should appear wherever you inserted it! Hope this helped.

When you pull your pic up from wherever your getting it from(Like kodak easy share) click save as then at the bottom were it say resize picture click that and it will give you a few opps. click "best way for web" and viola you got it
