Seems to me like brake dust. I assume you used metallic brakes pads. When the pad presses against the rotor, tiny pieces of metal shave off of the pad (reason why your wheels always get dark and dirty so fast). When these pieces are caught between the pad and the rotor they tend to vibrate at some high frequencies causing the squeaking. Squeaking doesn't usually indicate a problem, but you can always try and adjust the pads a bit or go buy some made of a different material.
