Keep the input coming. More pics and details will be coming soon enough. Im from the northern part of ILL, but I'll be attending SIU in August (The 20th to be exact). And YES I will be driving my car with me. So what part of Southern ILL? Anywhere close to Carbondale?

Yes it is time for some rims and lowering it but i have a ticking sound i need to get fixed first. Got new stock heads complete im putting on next week to try and see if that fixes the problem. I was thinking black z06 or black zr1's... im not sure yet. its ALL about the cost right now being a college kid. Well see though.

it sounds like valvetrain noise. I run 93 octane in it and yes they are stock plugs! I got new ones going in next week (NGK's) What do you think it is?

does it shudder alot w/ the noise, it could be a spark plug wire arching out....i'd change those with the plugs...mine made a ticking noise when i'd run regular unleaded...never did that again

if it isnt plug wire or octane then it regretfully might be a loose rocker arm or worn lifter..hopefully its a simple problem

I am BEGGING for not a worn lifter. I think I might just pick up a set of stockers anyways just to be safe!
