Whats a 98 C5 selling for ??
Hey guys I been looking for an LS1 for a long time and some various reasons I havent found it. Last night i seen a 98 C5 base not a Z06,For sale and they were asking $19,999.... I dont know the number of miles because the dealer was already closed. What kind of mileage should a car this year and with that price should have ????
Please give me some advise...
And how are the 98 C5s ? Do they run strong or are they on the weak side ?
Thanks

Those cars should depreciate even more when the C6's roll out.

i've been toying with the idea of an early C5 to replace my Z28. so far i've seen some decent >50K mile 97-98 models for as low as $18-19,000...not bad considering the C6 isnt even out yet..

Even though I live in Canada, I've been checking out the US Auto Trader site for C5 pricing, it's www.autotrader.com
A 98 for under $20k can have about 50 or 60k on it. I've seen higher mileage 97s and 98s going for as little as $14k.
I know that the 97 I'm about to buy was purchased at a Florida auction for $15,500 US. It's got 71k on it.
