Default torgue specs

Hey i need to know how to torque down the heads the right way... can somone please assist me. Thanks.

Thanks... I read up on it earlier but I didnt get the tq to 22ft/lbs then the other botls turn another 90 degrees.... but i do get it now after reading 2319023812 times. Thanks.

dude the heads have to be turned to 160 degress, and teh 2 outside bolts to like 140, or is it 180, and the 2 outside to 160, iam not sure i'll look at the service manual latter if i can and post it up for ya.
