What do you mean by "customize"?
You can just replace the horns (high & low) with new ones. They are available at auto parts stores, JC Whitney, and other car customizing catalogs/sites.

how bout a horn that chymes La Cucaracha? or like techno music hahah or you can get an Intercom/speaker that you can yell at people that are being stupid press your horn and scream lol wouldnt that be neat seein those on so many cars all youll here downt he road is stuff like "*******" or "LEARN TO DRIVE" or "JACKASS" and stucff like that lol
