Default '72 Trans Resto Job

Hey guys, I have a '72 Trans that I'm looking to restore. Hopefully including a brand new shinny LS1. I have about $17K to do the job, but would prefer to just pay a pro to do it, and know that it's been done right. I've spent HOURS looking for a good shop online, but have come up dry. Does anybody know of a good place somewhere in Southern California that I can get the job done? Thanks in advance guys.
