newb question

im jacking up the back of my car, and i dont know where to put the jackstands...help! also, do i need anything in front of the rear tires?

um the points are pretty easy to find on the frame, i don't know how to explain it right now. there's an explanation in the owners manual about jacking the car up, should illustrate the lift points there. hope this helps.
