Default Next mod for my setup?

I am new to this site and I was wondering what other mods I should do to my car right at the moment. I have a little over a grand to spend on it and I am going to put all the parts on at once. A friend and I are going to do the install just wondering what else the experts here would recommend. I have a Spec stage 3 clutch, Kooks long tube headers and offroad Y pipe, Slp loudmouth exhaust, Nitto 555r, TSP 231/237 cam, comp springs, hardened pushrods. I was wondering what else would complement this setup more. Im thinking some intake mods, but I would like to have some sugesstions from ya'll here. Thanks!

Get a LS6 or a LS2 intake would be good for you, also a lid. Those would be the first mods I would get after the parts that you already have. After you get those parts installed I would recommend getting it tuned by some one with aan LS1 edit.

I would as well recommend a lid and a tune. You should also think about getting rid of your LM because you'll have some pretty bad rasp with all the mods you're going to be doing.

I read in GMHTP that aftermarket throttle bodies, MAF's, and intakes are not necessary for normal setups...only high hp setups pushing 500rwhp or more. I would get 3.73/4.10 gears and a short shifter. Two mandatory mods for our M6 cars.

Suspension should be first mod, lid, short shifter, bolt 12 (4.10), LS6 head

I am in your same position and many people have told me.....

1. LS6 INTAKE
2. GEARS 4:10 OR 3:73
3. SUSPENSION
4. STS TURBO ($3500) SOUNDS HIGH....BUT 30-50% MORE HP!!
