You need to give more information. Most important being the price range. Finishing the bolt-ons would be a good, obvious start. New intake manifold, ported throttle body, subframe connectors...then either a cam kit or if you don't plan on major mods anytime soon go ahead and get a good dyno tune.

A grand huh? Cam
A cam install kit is $700, give or take, more for dual springs less for single. If you do the install yourself and get, say a mail order tune for $200 you should be able to make close to $1,000...just slightly over. If you splurge and get the full dyno tune it will cost you a little more though.

What cam should I go with? what is the best all around power/torque cam out there but still able to have some drivability with a 3,200 stall and some 2.73's that I have to get rid of soon what springs the hole nine yards here? Can I keep my rockers or do I have to get new ones? Like I said the hole nine yards?

The basic bread and butter, does everything decent cam would be a 224. Several different sponsors have their own version. The two lifts I see the most are .563 or .581 I believe. Look up Texas Speed and Performance or Thunder Racing's cam swap packages. $600-$800, give or take, will give you everything you need except for tuning and the little extras you may want to do while you are in there. Yes you can keep your rockers. All you really NEED is the cam and new springs but you should get titanium retainers, pushrods........and spring seats if you get dual springs.
