E20 : Focus Error Cause(s): The CD player cannot focus on the disc or there is an internal focus problem. Correction(s): Try cleaning the disc or using a new disc. Make sure the disc is loaded correctly. The road could be too rough or there is too much humidity. If the problem is not corrected, service the unit at an ACDelcoŽ Service Center.
thats what i found. try cleaning it like it says, or get a new h/u

Tried cleaning with that spray you can get for computers, didn't seem to help. I live in College Station, Texas where the humidity is about 80-90% (or more) daily so that could be a major factor.

Thats been happening to me since I've owned the car. It sucks though, because a new one from GM is $400, and any decent one from the after market is at least $200, plus the install or harness kit, or whatever, plus the kit to use the steering wheel controls, plus labor for all of it.

Yea i just spent a little over $400 to get it all installed and everything today. I went with an alpine sounds damn good. But i also have a 1200 watt amp with twelves, so it's really rockin now.
