How hard do you run your f-body?
How hard do you guys run you cars? On the average day I see less than 3000 and hardly go to 4000. Does running rpms > 4000 rpm on a daily basis ( not abusing and always after hitting operating temps) cause more engine wear and shorten the life of our motors? I see many people with lots of miles and still run their cars at the track. Just wondering because I dont want to run my car to death before I get to 100,000 miles ( got 53,000 atm)

I drive mine like a little old lady. Never above 2k rpms when just getting from A to B.
I'm concerned my clucth is on the way out. The other day I dumped it at like 1500 and nailed it spun tires through first shifted second and spun clutch to 6k

^ Lol, good times eh?
I drive mine pretty conservatively unless some ******* gets in front of me and makes me drive slower than I want to. At that point, I have no choice but to gently indicate my dismay by mashing the pedal to the floor, letting those 8 pistons crank out that beautiful sound through the Loudmouth exhaust and blowing by them like they were a mouse stuck in a glue trap.
Lucky for me this happens pretty frequently!

I've beat the **** out of mine ever since I bought it, it's been sprayed hard ever since about 4,000 miles too. It only has 21,000 miles on it but it's all hard miles. I go throught atleast 15-25lbs of nitrous a week in the summer.

I usually try not to rev it much over 4k rpms or so unless I have a reason to get on it of course! I never beat on it until its up to full temp. When the motors cold I keep it under 2k rpms.

I drive mine for pure entertainment!
It is nearly impossible to go anywhere in it without going to redline or WOT, a few times.
Hell i put a 4000 rpm stall in it for a reason, and the Nitrous system is not there for it's looks either.
I look for reasons to play and love every time i get a chance.
BUT.... I am also a mechanic and i over maintain this thing. I have sprayed mine for over 60,000 miles without trouble and have had at least a 3600 stall in it for over 60,000 miles.
I love this car!! 90,000 miles and still going strong as ever.
