Question What build # am I

Does anyone know where I can find specific information on my cars build number? I know there were over 42,000 camaros built for the 1999 model year, but which number was mine?. And out of that information, is there anyway to find out which number of the 1402 hugger orange camaros was my build number?

You might try calling SLP.

yea, if you call SLP and give them your VIN# they will tell you. I am #664, they built 174 SS camaros like mine. This will only work for an SS, if your car is a Z-28 they won't be able to tell you anything.

I don't think GM assigned a build number to any cars other than the VIN#. You would have to call GM and ask them.
