98 camaro SS
If you read my post not too long ago (dillema) then you will remember that i mentioned a 99 Z28 that i was looking at. Will it got sold the same day i sold my car so now im looking for a new car. I am looking at a 98 SS black fully loaded, t-tops, auto, it has the following mods fipk, mac mid-length headers, and hooker cat-back. It has 98,000 miles and the guy wants $9800 for it and i think thata a little high. But i am gonna go look at it and take it for a test drive tuesday and was wondering what i should look for when looking at and driving a LS1 w/ high milage. BTW hes the 3rd owner. Please leave any input that you think will help me out. Thanks again.

i paid around that for a garage kept 98 with only 60000 miles. It was slightly modded as it had a cowl hood and 3" catback. The guy i bought it from had a bunch of camaros including daily drivers and street legal race cars. Only downside is that it has SS badges but turns out it isn't an SS. Don't pay around 9000-10000 for a car with 30000 plus miles more than mine.
