Anyone know what these numbers on heads mean?

Anyone know what these numbers on heads mean? Someone local to me is selling some heads for super cheap that have "CNC-2216" stamped on them.
Other numbers on the heads are 806, and 13178 or B178. Also, they have single springs with gold paint on them.
Can anyone help me out with any of that?
How can I see if they are good heads or not, just flow test them, and get the volume checked?
the guy selling them is pretty dumb and knows nothing about them.
