pics of my first LS1 - black 2002 6 speed convertible
Always loved these cars, couldn't afford one though. Started shopping around and researching about a year and a half ago after a kick-*** test drive. Finally got exactly what I want, this 6 speed convertible in beautiful black! I started looking early this year to be sure and found what I wanted, glad I did, it worked. Unfortunately it's snowing right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ah well, a bit of patience and it will be beautiful weather starting in a month or so, I can't wait! Until then you might see me cruising down the salty highways in my 95 dakota with 213k miles. Anybody else in New England give me a shout if there is a cruise anywhere. Cheers!

The hood seems to be fiberglass so I'm assuming aftermarket. Seems like a good solid hood, though it does rub a bit on the airbox lid.
Anything I should know or do since I just got it? It seems to have an aftermarket exhaust, ls1 lid aftermarket? I'll have to check for k&n and get one probably.
