The piece that the two wires go to just turns counterclockwise? or do you have to take out the 2 screws and pull the unit out?

I know this is kind of a dumb question but I don't want to break anything. When I try to turn the filament...if that's what it's called, it doesn't want to turn.

How do I replace the damn bulb?

reacher under the car...twist the holder, pull it out of the holder, pull the bulb out of the socket, replace bulb and holder...twist and enjoy...
