instead of makin anymore post! what should be done to the car to achieve 350-400whp..on my 1998 z28 all it has is intake lid and slp loud mouth! id like to stay away from the n20 and chargers! thansk guys

was that intake lid or intake, lid. If just a lid then get an LS6 intake, cam with proper valve train, headers, Y-pipe, and tune. easy 350+ hp

LS6 intake, headers and full exhuast will get you to 350, get a big enough cam and you'll jump up to 400 if you choose the right one.

well i can get comp cams cheap so wuts a good cam to get like the numbers to get? i want it to atleast make noise like its fast! right now the car has intake lid i was gonna get the volant intake though and do pace setters and true duals soon

if you want it loud, id say get some FLP headers and run them with-out there high flow cats, and then get an electric cut-out!!!! DAMN it will be LOUD!!!!

as far as power, after my headers, lid, cut-out (on-tuned) i put down 330rwhp
it took me a H/C package to hit 400rwhp.

that would be your best bet... that way you can get 400rwhp, with out running a real aggresive cam! just get a good set of ls1 stage 2 heads and a mild cam!

full exhaust + baby cam +tune = EASY 350 rwhp

full exhaust + 230+ duration cam +good tune = AROUND 400 rwhp

full exhaust +baby cam +ported heads +tune = 400 rwhp easy

throw in an LS6 intake for more assurance, an ASP pulley for a little more insurance
