It's all about what you want to do with the car. Is it a quarter mile monster, a autobahn racer, or a daily driver?? Hundreds of different build options for your car. But first you need to know where you want it to end up.

let me save you a whole bunch of trouble...
the words you are using are all subject to opinion...
"streetable" to me, my h/c, long tube header , ORY, cutout, car is perfectly streetable... but my father wont ride with me because his ears ring after getting out.

2 things... either take time to explain yourself, in detail , adding what you think is streetable... what your goals are(hp, et's , ect ect ect...) and amount you can spend..
this will net you some pretty good sudjestions...
or ,
give comp cams a call. go to the tech line.... explain to them what you are looking for, they will give you some grind numbers(duration, lift, and lsa)... take those numbers and check out the sponcer sites to see who sells one ...

's

Go search the LS1/LS6 internal engine forum. Search for "streetable" or "streetable cam"

Then search the Gears + Axles forum. Search for "gears" or "daily driver gears" or "street gears". You get the idea.

Best method of searching, Advanced search - search only thread titles.

Pik a cam do a search on it in the LS1/LS6 internal section and you will learn everything you woud ever want to know about that cam. Start with a 224/224 cam. That should get you started!
