Default Insurance ??

Who in maryland, has what company and what one would be best for someone with a not so good record?
I am askimng because I am looking at a 2002 Z28 and I am not sure about the rates I can get, any help is appreciated.

Progressive insures high risk drivers i know because before my record cleaned up i had trouble finding people to insure my 02 WS6 so i went through progressive

I guess, but they are a little more than most for bad records I think, I could be wrong

My mom just got a quote for $1200 for 6 months from GMAC for Her 02 Envoy, a 99 Jag XJ8L, and my 98 Z-28.

I got a quote for '02 Z28 $6500 a year
'02 Lighting is $4600

Wow, thats terrible, i barely pay anything and i'm only 19. (just added brand new moving violation: 92 in a 65.)
