1) why wouldnt you want to use dex-cool? EVERYBODY runs it, and they say its kosher

2) i would use armor-all or somthing like that, not WD-40.

the clutch master cylinder fluid?
it's dot 3 brake fluid as well

brake fluid = hydraulic fluid = clutch master fluid , the DOT rating is how much heat it can take before it cooks itself.

Yep. Dielectric grease for the rubber moldings. Also make sure you put some in the runner up front (black triangle piece) It will really help with the speed of the windows and help you window motors last.

I've never put it on the inside of molding. What's your technique?
Doensn't it get all over the glass?

I just use spray silicone or the greasy rag I used to detail my dash about every 2-3 washes(when I wax/detail). dielectric is good lube cause youd only have to use it 1-2 times a year or so, but is messy and takes a little more attention to detail than I'd like to spend.
if it's orange it's dex-cool, it's a type of coolant not a certain brand.

You can use a q-tip or your finger. It's pretty easy and the glass it will get on you'll never see.

Do you wipe it off? Your saying that it doesn't swear as the window goes
up and down, seems like it'd be all over.

What do you recommend to clean the engine that will not mess it up and it looks like it has been done professionally? What about a blue stain in the leather seats that mcguires leather cleaner will not take out?

Only use it in the channel at the front of the window. (inside the triangle shaped plastic piece. The part of the window that goes in there you'll never see.
