Default head and cam question

I just ordered the patriot performance head and cam package. Do you guys think that i need to upgrade my injectors of oil pump. Its stage two heads and 226/226 @.05 and .585 lift. I have the bolt ons. Thanks for advice I'm new to the ls1 group.

what kind of car is this going on, if its not an LS6, id say to upgrade to the LS6 oil pump, ive heard stories of LS1 oil pumps just craping out

as for the injectors, i think you dont NEED to upgrade them, but it wouldnt hurt if you did

its going on a 02 camaro ss. I guess ill not worry about it. Thanks for the support

Since you're already going to be in there, it wouldn't hurt to upgrade to a ported LS6 oil pump. I would think your injectors should be fine.

the 01's and 02's have ls6 oil pumps from the factory, just not ported, i dont think it would be worth switching it out for a ported one or even porting the current one, it doesnt help out that much more to port it.
