Stock AC Delco are more than good for our cars according to searches I've done on here. Some go with MSD for looks, but you can also get a set of the "Corvette" wires which are red for $46 from GMParts direct, or Call Jason Cromer for prices. Do searches on any of the above mentioned to get details.

The stockers are surprisingly very good ignition componets, but if you do want aftermarket, I have always liked MSD (worked well on my LT1) and there is of course Taylor wires as well.

Only reason i want the wires is because I have a choppy dyno graph past 4000 rpms. The shop guys said it could be wires since I already have the ngk plugs. Looks have nothing to do with it. I just want to smooth out the top of my graph!

bad wires would effect your car all the time.. not rpm dependent...
can you post your graph with A/F ratio?
there are a few things i know of that will cause bad upper rpm powerloss...
1. fuel mapping
2. valve float
3. detonation
(there are more but these are the first 3 i would look at

I've had wires cause a high-rpm miss, so I can see where Texasheat is coming from. I'm using stock wires with no probs and almost 600rwhp. I'll probably change them soon, but only due to age...
