FINALLY ! the chirping sound is gone After replacing both tensioner assembly's ( was able to return one of them after install ) ........... it was the AC belt the whole time. Live and learn i guess. 
Now i can Finally drive with the top down and not be embaresed

joes99z and nc98z, get the gm belt and the sound of horror should be gone. Buying aftermarket belts you still may get the horror sound as I did with two different aftermarket belts before buying the gm belt, it cost more but the horror is gone.
Its cheaper from the gm sponser at the right then at the dealership but call your dealership for to make sure -----> belt number #12569527
