Default How will the car be running after these mods ?

This week, hopefully, I am getting Pacesetter LT's, high flow cats, and a custom 3" ypipe.
I also already have a 3600/1.8 STR stall installed.
Will my car be running pig rich, and be basically undrivable and need tuning, or will it be running good ?
And two more questions:
1. with these mods on an otherwise stock 00 T/A, what do you think my 1/4mi time will be ? Just a guesstimate, I'm curious
2. How loud will this setup be? I don't want to annoy my wifey too much.

times, it all depends on how you can launch, with a stall and those mods untuned i would look for something around 13 maybe high 12's, i would tuen it if you want to take full advantage of it

for loudness we will need to know what kinda muffler u will be using

Too many variables to say what it will run. What does it run now? You won't need a tune just yet.

So it won't need a tune to run, but it won't be making the extra power from the mods without the tune either ? I see..

What about reliability? Next week wife and I are taking a _long_ trip (500 miles one way).. Anything we need to worry about, if we leave the car untuned ?

Thanks for the replies

its really hard to say, your car may not even be running rich, some have gone lean so u might gain a few mgp if if u were to notice anything i would think max of 3 mpg but i dont think it will be anything too too bad. i know mine got rich after headers but i didnt keep my cats either

what kinda cat back do you have? you never told us

stock 00 T/A non-ws6 catback, for now. I will be replacing it with hooker, when I get some $ again..

but for now the setup will be LTs, high flow cats, non-flattened 3" ypipe, and... *drum roll*.. stock catback

coo'.

anyway, as long as the car will be fine to drive 1,000+ miles (500 to destination, 500 back, and some miles at our destination) next week, i'd be happy

I ran this setup for 3-4 months w/o the cats...just LT's and ORY w/stock cb. It sounds decent, quiet but it is louder than before. It definitely is louder in the upper RPM's. You'll notice the differnce. I drove around for a month or so before I learned enough about HPTuners to dial in my tune.

am looking at going with the same set-up and after the headers and verter not planing on doing mods for a while(at least thats the plan) so i don't wana be runnin rich, i wana use Pass LT'S with TSP ORY and LoudMouth as long as i can stand it, but how can i tune it? could i use a handheld tunner? also i don't know anyone in my area who can tune well and wanted to know if the handhelds are user friendly and will do the trick?
