I'd have to say the Pewter. Although I love the SS in black, the pewter is a better deal.

That's a tough decision...but the black one does have 20,000 less miles on it. I'd go with that one probably. You can buy an LS6 intake for probabaly around $300 from someone.

Gotta go with the 2001 man. Best of luck in either decision though, I'm sure whatever car you get will treat you right.

My chose would be the Black SS b/c its has 19k miles less and 1k dollars cheaper. You have 1k dollars to do some mods but thats just me. Black is good too.

Lo Jack is the anti-theft system that tracks your car so they can find it if it is ripped off.

I say go with the 99'. It $1000 less so you have more money for mods, though Black is a PITA to keep clean. It also has 20k less miles. Tough decision...

I would say choice 2 even though pewter is the worst color for the F-bodies (zips up flame suit). 2nd ugliest would be silver which is what mine is

Pewter. The interior changed in 2000. You get the T/A style steering wheel and center console (I think it is different), bigger gauges a better cam and intake. Pewter is much easier to clean. Oh and I think power steering cooler was standard for 01+. The Lo-Jack is a nice feature (I think they are arround $700-$800). Who cares about the warr. if you plan to mod. Miles are a little high. Are these asking prices or negotiated? If not, bring him down another 1k.

i'd have to say the black one just because it has fewer miles. and the extra $1k is more than enough to get an ls6 intake and maybe a lid/catback
