h/c/i, FI, or n20. take your pick.

if your serious about achieving 500rwhp and have the budget i suggest searhing "500rwhp" in the internal and dyno forum.

the best way to make 500 is to do a search. You might even wanna look at "So you wanna be fast" by jaberwaki at the top of this forum...

if you wanted to stay N/A you could always stroke it and then do heads and cam and that should get you there. Of course with all the bolt ons.

budget is a big thing to specify. There are cheaper ways of making 500, and also very expensive ways of making it. You really need to do a seach on different people's setups and how they achieved 500ish hp and see what fits your needs a budget best

You want 500rwhp, go find the posts by PatrickG, he has a H/C T/A that put down 495, with the stock exhaust manifolds, add the 100 shot of N2O and he's putting down nearly 600
He's using a Thunder Racings Cheatr H/C package

i would spend the $ and get a nice built motor from a reputable company.

and of course allllllllllllllll the support mods. =]

how much u spend depends on you, i personally would spend as much money as possible.

yeah, a nice set of afr heads, and a 230/230 cam or even slightly larger, plus all the bolt-ons should make you close...

yea, just make sure you dont neglect the supporting mods, suspension, rear end, SAFETY equipment, and build up that tranny, w/that much power other than money on the motor you'll need a good 5-6k for the tranny, rear, and suspension (shocks, tq arm, lca's, panhard, sfc's etc.)

well there is always the 408ic stoker setup for n2o(300 shot baby) or setup up for a blower. You'll probly need a lil bit more money.

500 at the wheels with a stock cube N/A motor seems like a far stretch. Hope you dont plan on driving this car on the street. I would just spray it and be done with it if that all you want to get is 500Hp.
