SLP lid or Cold Air.... I was wondering if I should go with the SLP Lid or the Cold Air kit they offer, which one's put out the most bang for the buck????

Basically, lids don't differ in performance gains between brands...the SLP lid, however, is made of a sturdier grade of plastic and is a very nice piece...as is the supplemental cold air kit...the duct is made of stainless steel...I had both on my SS at one time and would recommend them...

There are literally hundreds of posts from people who have experienced fitment issues with SLP, especially their lids. I had their CAI on my LT1 Camaro, and it was way too far over towards the passenger side.
