Looking into 98-02 F-bodies
I'm recently searching for 98-02 F-body Camaros and Trans Ams for my daily car while my 84 is out of comission. I've e-mailed on a few 99-00 Camaros, all Z28's, maybe one SS. One 99 has 408 rwhp and from the pics it looks like its on the bottle, the rest are stock but really nice. My price is anything under $15,000 no I don't have that much saved but I plan on financing it, i dont care about warranties they get in the way of certain things *coughmodscough*. At any rate, if anyone, preferably within 100 miles of Pewaukee Wisconsin, comes across a really really nice deal could you please pm me or post to this? Willing to travel. One condition, must be the 6-speed, I love my manuals so much it's not even funny, unless you come across an incredible A4 for a good deal. Either way let me know. Thanks much. Andy.

Alright thanks much, the 408 HP one was gorgeous, but the fact it had a dyno done means it has mods, means it had been raced, or beaten a few times, and it looked like spray, and I hate spray. Still lookin into a few stockers.

Not necessarily. From 98-02 a lot of "older" people on the verge of vette purchases got these cars. My 98 was from a gm dealer that just this year switched over to a vette. He babied the car, no rain, no winter, garage stored. His biggest mod. A K&N filter.
The majority of cars though will be beaten on. If its still stock up to now, there's a good chance it was taken care of and ripped on once in awhile.

Good Luck

I bought mine off of an old woman in georgia, who traded it in for a vette. I have had it for 3 and a half years now and I love it. To bad you aren't closer I am selling mine, it is posted up in the forsale section.

Thanks for all advice, the dealer with the nitrous car called me back and they didnt know much about the thing so, off with that deal, but keeping my eyes peeled. Thanks again, i kinda just wanna get a feel for an LS1 before I actually install my heavily modded LS1 into the 3rd gen.
