anyone have opinion on heads hey are stock 99 ss ls1 heads a good head to have ported and decked I have good freinds down at b.e.s. racing engines said that they would port flow bench deck and do a good valve job for around 900 hows that sound

for that much you can get used ls6 complete heads and a cam, 405 rwhp there. a few weeks ago a set of complete ls6 heads and cam with yellow springs went for $700 picked up

ive allready got a cam roller rockers and springs i was thinking it would be nice to do the heads when im that far and ill have the intake off for ls6 swap i mean bare cnc heads are 950 but arent hand finished beter
