Default best pure street combo

I'm trying to figure out my next mods.

I've got a 2000SS A4 with the following mods:

Engine - FTRA, lid, GMAF, MAF translater, Diablo tuned, tr55s, ASP underdrive pulley
Exhaust - SLP Dual Dual
Suspension - STB, full front end poly bushings, LCAs on relocation brackets, double diamond subframe connectors, PHR, adjustable torque arm
Drive train - tranny cooler, transmission returned (Diablo), 3.73s with a TA girdle, Baer Brakes, GY F1 GS-D3s (275/40 & 315/35)

So what's next? The car never goes to the strip and what I'm looking for is maximum performance from 0 - 80 mph. I don't want to go any higher than the 3.73s so a 4.10 gear is not an option.

A convertor will roast the tires so that's not a good choice. Is there a cam / header combo that maximizes low end torque and power?

3.73's is as high as you want to go with an auto. If you don't want to do a converter, then cam is out. Supercharger.

Honestly an A4 isnt the best for a street car, unless all your races are from a dig. If your wanting to make a street car out of it then just do converter/cam/DR's and you'll be good. You should grip w/those tires w/that combo if you ease into it, and even if you dont decide to do them since it will rip the tires loose, i promise you that some of the guys you will race will not have thought that way and done it to their cars, and win.

You will not regret a converter. You will only roast them if you have a lead foot. A 2600-3000 stall is pretty tame with steet tires.

I'd do the following mods in this order if I were in your shoes:

Ported Throttle body (if you don't have yet)
Convertor (3000-3600 or so)
Drag Radials
LT Headers
LS6 intake
Cam (small to medium)
Tune
